My Garden Club has started again after the Christmas break. My husband has decided I am having too much fun going out alone, and decided to join too.

It is only a short meeting, in a village hall three/four miles from where we live. It is mostly grey haired and deaf people who go, which all adds to the fun and chaos.

The Chairman announced the programme for the next three months. Next Month, and expert doing a Question and Answer session. March will have an outing to Harrogate to visit the RHS site at Harlow Carr. The monthly Meeting will have somebody coming to tell us about Herbs, and bring some to sell.

The evening finished with tea/cofffee and biscuits. We got home less than two hours after we left. A very low key event, but very pleasant.
